Symptom

Reload of VSM card bring down VNIC interfaces. This is the default XR behavior which require modification for VSM LC operations. VNIC interfaces are not meant for any user config but carry critical VSM communication traffic. Once VSM reload triggers and card come back then CGN services remain down because VNIC interface get in "admin shutdown" state.

Conditions

Since we can't keep VNIC interfaces UP without Virtual service activation hence, We need auto config of "interface description" when VNIC interfaces "un shut" by users the very first time.

Workaround

Manually add "interface description" on all 12 VNIC interfaces.
