Symptom
When using the CST6CDT timezone for a guest location when the sponsor location is EST, the guest can not log in for an hour.
Conditions
ISE2.0 patch 2
Sponsor location EST
Guest location CDT6CDT
guest can not log in for an hour
Workaround
use America/Chicago
Further Problem Description
When using the CST6CDT timezone for a guest location when the sponsor location is EST, the guest can not log in for an hour.
I tested in a lab box the CST6CDT timezone and it came up with the correct time on the CLi
