Symptom
2x100 LC may fail to boot after rommon FPD upgrade
Conditions
FPD upgrade triggered by activating for example:
CSCva07986 Juggernaut V7 SW support for new FPDs imux-1.4, emux-1.4 and cgmac-41
This can happen on the below boards
A9K-2x100GE-SE , A9K-2x100GE-TR,A9K-1x100GE-SE , A9K-1x100GE-TR, with capabilities field set to 2.
Capabilities field can be retrieved from
admin show diag eeprom | in Cap
The output should look similar to:

Further Problem Description
For the SMUs on this for the releases 511,512,513,514,520, 521, 523, 531. The SMU will be a process restart BUT will also require a manual process restart of fpd_fpga_agent on the line card location.
This needs to be installed on 511,512,513,514,520, 521, 523, 531 releases only at the time of upgrade.(eg:513->534)
