Symptom

configuration file download may fail with following error message. Mandatory CLI config network multicast mode multicast is missing Error while downloading the configuration file. Hint: Please specify the encryption key if the file was encrypted.

Conditions

Wireless Controller 2500 configured via WLAN Express Setup.

Workaround

To add "config network multicast mode multicast [Multicast IP Address]" in the backup config file.
