Symptom
ISE 2.0.1 & 2.1 snmpd agent crashes and does not restart with monit
Conditions
using snmpwalk a couple of times will cause the snmpd to crash
Workaround
Removing the "snmp server enable" and readding it will being up the snmpd, but it will crash again after using snmpwalk
