Symptom
Serial interface (NIM-1T and NIM-2T module) reports wrong SNMP ID, when pulled from platform and software.

Conditions
Install the NIM-1T and NIM-2T module in ISR4321 router.
Further Problem Description
Tested the same module on ISR4431 router, but no issues seen.
