Symptom
Under some unknown condition, instdir process might crash and not restart due to following condition :
Initialization failed [Initialize VS Library], process terminated, error: 'Package Library' detected the'fatal' condition 'pie file is corrupt'
Conditions
suspecting pie corruption
Workaround
RSP switchover should stop process crashes but issue might re-appear if PIE is indeed corrupted. Along with RSP switchover it would make sense to also check the PIE MD5 signature and compare it with MD5 signature available in readme.txt file part of original PIE TAR archive.
