Symptom
A typhoon linecard may be reloaded due to the following error:

Conditions
This is caused by a soft error so there is no specific trigger. It can occur on any Typhoon linecard or asr9001 chassis.
It is a very rare problem as it only occurs when a soft error is detected in the FLOW_WSTAT memory within the TM_SC_L234 block.
