Symptom
IPv4 ICMP messages handled by the MAP-E BR seem to be sent to a randomly selected CPE.
Conditions
Using the ASR9k as a MAP-E Border Relay.
Further Problem Description
Upon further investigation it seems that the selected CPE is not random but determined by the checksum field, which is erroneously used as 'MAP destination port' instead of the ICMP ID field.
