Symptom
Error "You will not be allowed to access the network due to internal error. Please contact your administrator" when web agent runs following guest portal authentication.
Conditions
Guest flow with posture check embedded in the guest portal.
Client provisioning policy set to use Web Agent.
Workaround
Uncheck "Require guest device compliance" to avoid posture check embedded in the guest portal and setup a separate policy for posture check.
Or
Use NAC Agent or AnyConnect ISE Posture module instead.
Further Problem Description
From the endpoint perspective:
- Guest credentials are validated.
- Device security check follows with a prompt to run web agent.
- Web Agent window pops up and generates error ""You will not be allowed to access the network due to internal error. Please contact your administrator"
