Accessing the my devices portal on ISE 1.3
Further Problem Description
When a user accesses the my devices portal, it takes about 15-30 seconds for the list to populate till which time, the portal shows a blank list.
This is confusing for end users and they might think that their devices have been deleted or unassigned.
