Conditions
some sort of scale wrt to number of PPP sessions.
A RADIUS server with a slow performance for RADIUS accounting.
The better the RADIUS accounting performance, the less tracebacks are seen.
Further Problem Description
This is a timing/ordering issue. where a policy-map is removed and added back right after which gets rejected right after. All sessions having the same policy-map in common are affected.
