Symptom
A Nexus 6001 switch might hang with no response via console, mgmt0 or inband interfaces. In certain NX-OS error messages such as following are printed prior to switch being impacted.
%USER-0-SYSTEM_MSG: 452: PCIe critical FAILURE DETECTED, contact Cisco TAC - pfm
%USER-0-SYSTEM_MSG: 453: PCIe critical FAILURE DETECTED, contact Cisco TAC - pfm
%USER-0-SYSTEM_MSG: 454: PCIe critical FAILURE DETECTED, contact Cisco TAC - pfm
%USER-0-SYSTEM_MSG: 455: PCIe critical FAILURE DETECTED, contact Cisco TAC - pfm
