Symptom
Remote Ping is not working on Ten gig port with Extended Vlan.

Summary
=======
Customer could not ping the directly connected remote device on ten gig interface.
They reported that its specific to ten gig port ,extended vlan and at very first time only the ycould repro this issue.
Customer copy and paste the config from the notepad.
Workaround
Un configure the service instance and reconfigure it again, will resolve the issue.
or Reload.
Further Problem Description
Repro steps
==========
Make two( config - A and Config - B) configuration files both should have extended vlan which is associated with corresponding bridge domain.
Add "license feature port bulk " command on config-A
Config replace with Config-B.
Config replace with Config-A.
Observe the ports are come up and then try to ping the remote bdi interface.
It will fail.
Check the incorrect CQE value
