Symptom

Layer 1 status becomes DEACTIVATED when intersting packet received with configuring bandwidth 128 in dialer interface

Conditions

If the isssue happens the following message appers on "debug isdn q921" ISDN BR0 **ERROR**: handle_l2d_srq_mail: Layer 1 inactive

Workaround

Delete bandwidth 128 in dialer interface and reload the device
