Symptom
On an IOS-XR platform when a duplicate L2VPN router-id is configured, on a router running FEC 129 all Type 2 PW's, it will take down all the Psuedowires on the router with existing in-use duplicate router-id. This will happen without any alarm or indication that this was because of the duplicate router-id.
Conditions
Normal use when running FEC 129 all Type 2 Pseudowires.
