Symptom

capability lls command is not currently supported under VRF mode and hence lls frames still appear after doing a capability lls disable

Conditions

This condition would be seen when customer tried to configure/disable lls in VRF mode.

Workaround

Changes have been made to handle lls configuration in VRF submode.
