This release notes can be used to investigate booting issue on the NIM T1/E1 cards.

Symptom

The Fortitude T1/E1 modules will fail to boot up with a booting message. These modules can be used in both voice and data mode, and both use cases are affected since the module simply does not boot up. Conditions

Loading the any of the modules below: NIM-1MFT-T1/E1 NIM-2MFT-T1/E1 NIM-4MFT-T1/E1 NIM-8MFT-T1/E1 NIM-1CE1T1-PRI NIM-2CE1T1-PRI NIM-8CE1T1-PRI

Workaround

Please open a case with TAC to get the modules working again. A RMA is not needed for modules that cannot boot due to this defect.
