Symptom

Subscribers may be stuck on the disconnecting queue on the ASR9000 when they get disconnected while the L2 link is down.

Conditions

This was observed when the session are timed-out when the L2 link is flapping. Observed with 5.2.0

Workaround

None found so far, a reload is needed to overcome the problem.
