Symptom
After 12K EPs mobility from Leaf1 to Leaf2, it took maximum 13 seconds to converge the fabric.
There's no Coop copp drop on leaf and spine.
More flows we have on leaf, more time it takes to converge the fabric.
To do node mobility, shut one of flexlinks on L2SW at the bottom of the topology. Then 12K EPs move from Leaf1 to Leaf2(We call it node mobility).
At FCS, 12K EPs per leaf is supported.
