Symptom
Current CLI session hangs, to get back CLI, either need to power cycle or need to reload the router by telnet to the mgmt ip.
Conditions
This happens only with "system admin-vdc migrate xxx" when user has banner motd configurations with metacharacters as delimiter. Note not all metacharacters cause this issue. The following characters are known to cause this issue:

The following characters works fine
{}]*+<
Workaround
1. Before migrate to admin VDC, it's recommended to remove CLI "banner motd " from the config, or use known working characters like "*", "+", "{" or "}" as delimiter. banner command can be applied after vdc migration.
2. Once CLI hangs, either need to power cycle the system, or need to reload the system by telnet to the mgmt ip to open a new session. Don't save the configuration before reload.
Further Problem Description
bug CSCun16347 has similar appearance but only happens for delimiter "!" and "#". "!" and "#" work fine in all other release except 6.2.6.
