Symptom

When executing traceroute with source option the traceroute works but on occasion gives the following error: "EOR-3 aceroute[12700]: IP-3-IP_FAILURE: Failed to Failed call urib_api_init()"

When executing traceroute with source option the traceroute works but on occasion gives the following error: "EOR-3 aceroute[12700]: IP-3-IP_FAILURE: Failed to Failed call urib_api_init()"

Workaround

Run command without source option.
