Symptom

When the command "show port-channel load-balance fex " is issued, it is printing wrong info in the 1st line.

Conditions

this happens when we execute the show command for an individual fex

Workaround

Use the fex all command to view the information. Also the per-protocol information is correct in the per fex_id case.
