Symptom
Traffic outage of 30 seconds is observed upon RP FO when inter-operating with Alcatel router.
Conditions
- ASR9K router inter-operating with an Alcatel router.
- VPLS BGP-AD VFI PW and VPWS SS-FEC 129 PW configured between the 2 PE routers.
Initiating a RPFO on the ASR9K router causes traffic outage on all PWs between the ASR9K and ALU.
