Symptom
#1 Attempted deletion of WCCP policy fails. Further additions of policy may hit the error "Invalid operation".
#2 Another possible symptom for this bug is the inability to create/add/delete VLAN's. Following message may appear in the logs:
%VLAN_MGR-2-CRITICAL_MSG: Switchport Configuration Failed for msgid rrtoken
Config parser may print this message:
ERROR: Configuration Failed with Error: Failure Returned from Policy Server
Conditions
An aborted WCCP configuration must have occurred in the past.
or
ISSU to 6.2(2) or a later release
Workaround
Reloading the switch will resolve this.
Further Problem Description
Bug is first fixed in 6.2(8) NX-OS release however ISSU from a prior release to 6.2(8) or a higher release may still see problem. A reload ensures states are corrected and subsequent ISSU will not see this problem if already running 6.2(8) or a higher release.
