Symptom

Fatal Error occurs in the BNG when configured "255.255.255.254" Framed-IP-address on RADIUS.

Conditions

* Occurs in IOS-XR 5.1.0, 5.1.1, 5.1.2 * Does not occur in 4.3.4

Workaround

Delete the Framed-IP-Address configure on RADIUS.
