Symptom

1. Create VLAN pool based network using vCD (eg., vApp Nw) 2. do a copy running-config startup-config 3. Power Off the vApp. 4. Reload VSM without copy running-config startup-config 5. Power On that vApp to create VLAN pool based network you will hit this issue (unable to create new VLAN based network)

Conditions

Workaround

Delete the stale port-profile manually and try to create a network. Going forward do a periodic copy running-config startup-config. Especially before VSM reload
