Symptom
Satellite session may be stuck with status as:
Discovery Stalled; Conflict: no member links configured
Conditions
ASR9k router running XR5.1.1 software and user does following config sequence of config changes w.r.t satellite link:
Originally have a bundle satellite-fabric-link to a satellite. Re-configure the bundle members out of the bundle and into being physical satellite-fabric-links (but keeping the bundle configuration the same). Then remove the bundle configuration.
Workaround
Remove the bundle configuration before moving the members into physical satellite-fabric-links

Recovery: shutdown the physical interfaces (and then no shutdown)
