Symptom
This bug requests to make the followings changes in the Configuring Rapid PVST+ section in Layer 2 Switching Configuration Guide.

1. Under ?Disable or Enabling Rapid PVST+ Per VLAN ? CLI Version?
There are commands missing in step 2 under Summary steps. The commands are:
spanning-tree vlan
no spanning-tree vlan
2. Under Configuring the Root Bridge ID
Exit is missing in the example. Change from:
switch# config t
switch(config)# spanning-tree vlan 5 root primary diameter 4
Switch#
To
switch# config t
switch(config)# spanning-tree vlan 5 root primary diameter 4
switch(config)# exit
switch#
