General
mibd_entity going to mutex while retry redundancy role type on LC which are
not supported and LC was down, it causing delay in sysmgr because unsupported redundancy nodes.
Symptom
mibd_entity going to mutex
mibd_entity init taking morethan 30 sec, so the syslogs will display on the console.
snmpd[1119]: %SNMP-SNMP-3-OID_SUBTREE_MISSING : snmp agent is missing part of oid list in the tree
Conditions
LC & SP down in show platforms
Workaround
Wait to apply snmp configs untils LC & SP cards are up.
Further Problem Description
card_type other than RP/SC/DRP doesn't support redundancy role on standby node.
