Symptom
After an RSP switchover on an ASR9k Cluster system, the output of 'show nv satellite status' indicates that configured satellites are "Probing for Satellites".
Conditions
Satellites are configured (and Connected) on an ASR9k Cluster system, when an RSP switchover is performed
Workaround
No workaround. Recovery is to 'process restart icpe_satmgr', or the flap the satellite-fabric-link.
