Symptom

On an ASR 1K router running IOS-XE 3.10 and later, issuing "show debug" will indicate that multiple MMA client and FME client debugs are enabled by default: ROUTER#show debug Platform MMA Client: [MMA] Client WARNING ON [MMA] Client ERROR ON [MMA] API WARNING ON [MMA] API ERROR ON [MMA] Policy WARNING ON [MMA] Policy ERROR ON Platform FME Client: [FME] Client WARNING ON [FME] Client ERROR ON [FME] API WARNING ON [FME] API ERROR ON These debugs should normally be on by default and have no impact to the router. These are in place to enable certain warning and error messages from internal subsystems. Starting in IOS 3.12, these debugs will be hidden by default in the "show debug" output to avoid confusion.

"Undebug all" will disable these debugs, although it is recommended to leave these on by default.
