Symptom
LMM doesn't count the frames against the CoS correctly.
Conditions
Two conditions must satisfy
1> UP MEP configured on an EVC with L2 rewrite in such a way that after the rewrite the frame becomes untagged.
2> LMM is configured on the UP MEP to count frames based on priority (non aggregate case)
Workaround
Remove the rewrite config or use aggregate counting mode.
