Symptom

When clicking an alarm name and then select all the Alarms of that particular one and Acknowledge and do a refresh the Alarms still show up

Conditions

Alarms show up when selecting all and Acknowledge. When clicking an alarm name and then select all the Alarms of that particular one and Acknowledge and do a refresh the Alarms still show up

Workaround

The work around is to delete multiple at a time which works. You can delete more than 20 at a time by selecting each and individual ones
