Symptom: loopback internal is not working on CPACK interfaces when no optics there. Interface remains in down state. Conditions: This behaviour is observed When you have no CPAK optics on a interface and you are putting loopback internal config on that interface. Workaround: Put a CPAK optics on the interface, loopback internal works after that. Recovery: With a CPAK optics on the interface, loopback internal works.
