This problem may occur during repeated, rapid connect/disconnect transitions by a OnePK application. The problem arises if the network element fails to respond normally to one of the connect requests. Under such circumstances, a race condition may occur between the connecting command channel and the previously connected event channel, which results in a segmention exception for the connecting application.
The scenario of repeated, rapid connect/disconnect transitions by a OnePK application is not normal application behavior. It has been observed only during stress testing. The problem has not been seen during normal application operations.
There is no known workaround, but normal application operations should not provoke this problem. If the problem occurs, the application should be restarted.
