Symptom
show process cpu sort shows the average CPU utilization when multiple vCPUs are used.
Conditions
This creates ambiguity while interpeting max traffic limits. The max utilization for vssnet/ovsd for instance when 3 vCPUs are used is around 35% . However this is just the average CPU utilization, so actual aggregate CPU utilization is around 100% (35x3) - so 35% in show process cpu output actually means that max traffic limit has already been reached.
Workaround
User needs to interpret the CPU utilization output for ovsd/vssnet accordingly based on number of vCPUs configured.
