Symptom
Opening up the admin GUI Home page on the ISE Primary Admin and the nested Monitoring Widget fails to load with an URL ending with BAD_TOKEN
Conditions
Using Internet Explorer (tested with 9) with the Google Chrome Frame plugin installed and enabled. There appears to be a failure to pass the session token between frames.

Workaround
Disable the plugin and then restart IE.
