This is not a bug
RPL cli extension to support DMZ link-bandwidth to be set as part of an RPL policy.
This RPL smu requires CSCtt30345 which is the BGP extension for this functionality.
Without this SMU set one can only configure DMZ link BW on a per neighbor basis.
With this enhancement, customer will be able to define extended-community bandwidth
sets similar to rt, cost & soo sets. These sets can be used in route-policies to set the
bandwidth values for a prefix.
