Symptom
OSPF adjacencies flap (Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions) between ASR1k & N7k
Conditions
LSACK packets from ASR1K are not making to the OSPF routing process on N7k.
In event of too many retransmitted packets being received at ASR1K,
the OSPF routing process on ASR1K takes down the OSPF adjacency.
