Symptom
This enhancement was introduced to automatically recover the fake Fail/Shut display on `show environment power`. This kind of issue is reported in CSCty78612 for instance.

Conditions
Typically NX-OS just waits for the report from PSU to change the PSU status on `show env power`. With this enhancement, NX-OS autonomously monitors PSU status and modifies it to the appropriate status if the reported state differs from the real state.
