Symptom
Creating a SCEP profile results in importing the same CA root cert a 2nd time at the certificate store and deletion of the 2nd one may result in RI error.
Conditions
It could associate with one of the following events:
* registration/de-registration
* VMware cloning
* Backup & Restore
Workaround
If possible, delete and re-import the CA root certificate(s) before creating the SCEP profile and after one of the events above.
