Perform upgrade from 4.2.0 to higher version using the mandatory SMUs on 4.2.0, and then perform a install verify. On a system with Dual RSP there is no functional impact. On a system with a single RSP, the system will still work as expected, but if a new RSP is placed in the system it will not completely sync all the packages, and it will not come up as standby ready. At that stage a turboboot is required.
Turboboot the desired higher version ONLY if the system is running with a single RSP, else no action is required on a dual RSP system, the output of install verify can be ignored.
