Symptoms: ifmgr process crashes on RSP cards Potential loss of traffic on PPPoE sessions Conditions: The issue occurs in systems with scaled BNG configuration. This issue may occur more often in nv-Edge multiple chassis systems, however is not limited to this configuration. The triggering event causing the process crash is an RSP failover or reset of the Primary DSC node. Workaround: None. Recovery: The system will automatically respawn the ifmgr process, and any dropped sessions should recover automatically.
