Unable to apply policy-map on ATM sub-interfaces
Conditions
This occurs only if shape (vbr,cbr) is configured along with a service policy which has bandwidth allocation in percentage terms instead of absolute values.
Workaround
Workaround is to use only absolute values while allocating bandwidth and policing.
