Symptom
DMVPN Phase 3 setup sending IPv6 traffic over IPv4 transport.
Spoke to spoke tunnels fail to establish.
Conditions
Tunnel interface configured with IPv6; transported over IPv4.
Further Problem Description
The following sequence of events is observed:
1. spoke1 has to send some traffic to spoke2; initial packet gets sent over the tunnel to the hub.
2. hub responds with a redirect to spoke1.
3. spoke1 receives the redirect but does not send the NHRP resolution request to the hub.
