Symptom
'X-Cisco-Recording-Participant' header in the outgoing INVITE to Recorder is corrupted if the primary call INVITE contains a tel uri in the from header.

X-Cisco-Recording-Participant: sip:55555@9.42.28.31;media-index="1"
Conditions
This issue will be seen only when the primary call is configured to use tel-url.
Workaround
Do not config tel url on the primary call.
