Symptom
After a un-config and rollback operation, BGP-AD (ldp) bds not restored immediately.
Conditions
This problem is seen where there is multiple loopbacks peering between the iBGP neighbors and BGP-AD is configured between these neighbors
Recovery
The BDs are restored automatically after about 10 minutes
