Symptoms: ATM interface does not pass/receive traffic. The configuration on the ATM interface shows "atm scrambling cell-payload" configured, but the show controller ATM output shows "DS3 Scrambling OFF". Conditions: The symptom is observed on a Cisco 3925 router, with an NM-1A-T3/E3 and running a Cisco IOS 15.0 release. Workaround: Disable scrambling on the network.
