Symptom
When the "default scheduler allocate" command is run, it sets the config to "no scheduler allocate"
Workaround
Don't run the "default scheduler allocate" command. Scheduler allocate is on by default with the values as "scheduler allocate 20000 1000". If there is a need to revert to the default values the command "scheduler allocate " can be run. It sets the values to default.
